We actively use ("dog food") all of our own products in real environments, including PKRR web and the PKRR mobile app. This ensures we experience the same edge cases, performance constraints, and UX challenges as our users — and fix them fast.

We provide support in English and Spanish.

Do you offer phone support?

At this time, we do not offer phone support. To ensure timely and consistent responses for everyone, all support is handled via email.
