This Privacy Policy explains how PKRR ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the PKRR website, mobile application, or related services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this policy.

Information We Collect

Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account.
Wallet address. If you connect or are issued a wallet, we store the public blockchain address.
Contact details. Phone number, if you provide one to enable certain payment methods.
Gaming platform identifiers. Your PPPoker user ID and nickname when you link your account, plus aggregate gameplay statistics provided by the platform (hands played, fees, results).
Payment information. Payment method, transaction amount, and processor reference IDs. Card numbers and bank credentials are handled by our payment processors (Wompi, Stripe) and never stored on our servers.
Technical data. IP address, device information, and basic logs needed to operate and secure the Service.

How We Use Information

To provide and operate the Service, including authenticating you and processing your purchases and transfers.
To prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
To communicate with you about your account, transactions, or material changes to the Service.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with:

Payment processors (Wompi, Stripe) to complete your transactions.
Identity providers (Google) to authenticate you.
The gaming platform you have linked, to credit and read your account balance and history.
Service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, analytics, fraud prevention) under confidentiality terms.
Authorities when required by law.

Blockchain Disclosure

Transactions involving the PKRR token are recorded on a public blockchain (Celo). Information written on chain — wallet addresses, amounts, and timestamps — is permanent, public, and outside our control.

Retention

We keep account, transaction, and audit information for as long as your account is active and afterwards as required for accounting, legal, and fraud-prevention purposes. You may request deletion of your account at any time; some records may be retained as required by law.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect information in transit and at rest, including TLS, encrypted secrets, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; you are responsible for protecting your sign-in credentials and wallet keys.

Your Choices

You may unlink third-party accounts (Google, gaming platform) at any time.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us.
You may close your account by contacting support; some information may be retained as described above.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18. If you believe a minor has used the Service, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

International Users

The Service is operated from Colombia. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in Colombia and other countries where our service providers operate.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
